MICHELLE KEEGAN’S AMAZING WEDDING HAIR MAKEOVER–SEE THE PICS
Speaking of Michelle Keegan, most of us think of her enviable thick and flowing hair immediately. The actress and model’s gorgeous hair stunned us all the time, and surely there was no exception for her wedding hair. According to HELLO! magazine, the brunette beauty, who married DJ and radio host Mark Wright on May 24, selected two hairstyles for her big day.
Like all meticulous brides, Michelle carefully picked up the most suitable and most stunning ones from a mass of hair looks after deciding her exquisite wedding gown.
The charming lady selected the option of a half-up half-down hairstyle perfectly going with her breathtaking image, with the assistance of hairstylist, Lisa Laudat.
According to what Lisa told HELLO! Magazine exclusively, Michelle and her had discussed the wedding hair by pulling inspiration from their favorite hair icons.
Up until the last minute, they two tended to choose up or down hair look. But after seeing the dress, Lisa suggested soft luxe waves framing her face, and she got Michelle’s hair gently pulled back on the top to create height and structure.
“I achieved this look by applying Aweda’s Phomollient Styling Foam and then doing a gorgeous blow out to keep the hair looking glossy for the all day celebrations,” Lisa said, “I then sectioned off the hair, backcombed at the root and pinned everything in to place all ready for the veil which completed the look.”
For the reception at Hengrave Hall in Suffolk, the new Mrs Wright took off her dreamy Indian veil. Besides, she changed into a 1950s style dress. Anyway, she looked so charming all the same.
Slightly different from the first hairstyle, the second one only took Michelle a few minutes as she was keen to spend as much time with her family and friends as possible.
To make the hair look stunning all the same within the shortest time, the hairstylist only had her hair retouched a little bit.
According to Lisa, she unpinned Michelle’s hair, spritzing with a little of the Bumble and Bumble Thickening Spray before curling each section slightly with T3 wand tongs.
“Michelle didn’t want to spend too much time away from the party so I had to be super quick,” said Lisa. “I under-dressed the hair by pulling gently through with my fingers and then after a quick spritz of Elnett hairspray, off she ran back to the party.”
