Remember Kylie Jenner’s last long blue locks? Shortly after Duff debuted her aqua-blue tresses, Kylie went for the hair shade. Hilary Duff, the mother to 3-year-old Luca, showed off her pretty cool hair makeover on Instagram. She looked so charming with her bold hair shade and sexy fuchsia lipstick. “#nofilter #sparks #adambreuchaud @etienneortega @hannahluxdavis @brettalanelson @amylilfire,” she captioned the selfie, calling out her glam squad.
Still remember Duff’s iconic hair shade? For a long time, she had been rocking blonde hair, including bleach blonde, honey blonde, etc. Therefore, it surprised us a lot she changed her iconic Disney hair shade to so bold blue-green. Obviously, the year 2015 means a lot to Duff’s hair color.
Why Duff made such a good change in 2015? She discussed this matter on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on March 31. “I have never done anything like this! I was just in Cabo with my son and I was starting at the ocean, and I was like, I want that on my head. So this happened,” she explained the inspiration.
Besides, she also said that her son’s opinion was important for her decision. “Luca is very particular about how he likes my hair. There is absolutely no buns on my head, no ponytails. I will have a ponytail and he’s like, ‘Um, hair down, Mom. Hair down please. ‘At least he knows what he like!”
